Temptation is drawing me
into where I dare not tread
and what's left of my self-control
hangs on by a fraying thread.
I find myself biding my time
calculating the cost of regret,
auditioning excuses
and wishing that I could forget.

Relive
and you and i relive our joy every night without much thought about why we do it we share the details of our secret loves with one another rekindling the fire that sparked it all the glimmers the sparkle the glamour of that first interest leaves you and i hungry and i believe you and i are growing closer by these addictions and vices we feed at 3:15 am this dream exchange is going to crash one day because the money we stake on this dream talk is quite a big gamble and we, the poor and sensitive, are running out of free passes yes one day either we will consume our dreams or they will consume us.

The Worst Fear
People going in and out,
But he stays in the same spot.
He fears
Children growing up,
Years are passing by.
He fears
Friends leave him behind,
On him they´ve turned their back.
He fears
Now he only has,
A book to spend his time;
A rose as a reminder,
Of that wonderful past.
Now he only has,
A chair to sit and wait;
Some portraits to remember,
The beauty life used to have
.
And he fears
The unavoidable loneliness.
